Automated mixing and curing
Batches are weighed automatically and cured on enclosed racks, so compressive strength stays constant from the first pallet to the last.
First grade only
Every batch is inspected before packing. Anything off-spec does not leave the factory.
In-house quality lab
Routine compressive strength and absorption tests, backed by external testing at HBRC and Ain Shams University.
Large capacity
Millions of square metres a year, so big project deliveries stay on schedule.
Stock on hand
Standard shapes and colours are usually ready to load; special colours are pressed to order.

How many interlock factories does EGY-CRETE have in Egypt?
Four: three in Badr Industrial City east of Cairo and one in Sadat City, Monufia. Together they run 8 fully automated hydraulic pressing lines and produce millions of square metres of interlock and curbstones a year.
What machinery do the factories use?
European ZENITH and ERMAK hydraulic presses with automatic mixing, pressing, curing and packing. The Sadat City plant runs the CS-36QUATTRO8x8PLUS line, the first of its kind worldwide, with capacity of about 4,500 pavers a day from a single line. Everything is machine-pressed; there is no manual pressing.
Can I buy interlock directly from the factory?
Yes. EGY-CRETE sells factory-direct to contractors, developers, consultants, municipalities and homeowners. Send the shape, thickness, colour, quantity and site location and the sales team will quote and schedule delivery.
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Yes. Factory visits and sample collection are arranged through the sales team on +20 103 332 5044 (phone or WhatsApp).
Which areas do the factories deliver to?
All Egyptian governorates. Badr City serves Greater Cairo, the New Administrative Capital, Suez and Upper Egypt; Sadat City serves the Delta, Alexandria and the North Coast. Export shipments go to the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Is the interlock produced at the factories certified?
Yes. Production follows ASTM C936, BS EN 1338 and BS EN 1340 with regular testing at HBRC, Ain Shams University and accredited labs. EGY-CRETE is ISO 9001:2015 certified and all output is first grade.
