Thickness
60 mm is the entry price, 80 mm costs more and 100 mm the most. More thickness means more concrete and a higher load rating.
There is no single price per square metre of interlock. It moves with thickness, shape, colour, finish, quantity and delivery distance. This page explains what changes the price and how to get an exact factory-direct quote.
60 mm is the entry price, 80 mm costs more and 100 mm the most. More thickness means more concrete and a higher load rating.
Rectangular and square are the most common and least expensive. I-shape, hexagonal and large formats such as GRANIX vary with the mould and production run.
Natural grey is the base price. Red, yellow and black rise with the oxide content. Super Interlock colour blends are currently priced the same as standard.
Plain pressed finish is the baseline. Shotblast, washed and honed add a production step and cost more.
Project pricing starts at larger volumes. Repeat orders qualify for special rates.
Delivery is priced by distance from the nearest plant (Badr City or Sadat City) and truck load. Ex-factory collection is available.
The most common cost mistake is specifying thicker than needed, or thinner than needed and replacing cracked pavers later. Use this table to match thickness to the load.
| Thickness | Typical use | Load | Price level |
|---|---|---|---|
| 60 mm | Walkways, gardens, pedestrian plazas, pool decks | Pedestrian only | Base |
| 80 mm | Villa driveways, compound roads, parking, garages | Passenger vehicles | Higher |
| 100 mm | Main roads, loading bays, factory and port yards | Heavy trucks | Highest |

There is no single price. The cost per m² depends on thickness (60, 80 or 100 mm), shape, colour, finish, quantity and how far the site is from the factory. Standard 60 mm grey is the entry point; premium GRANIX or ONIX costs more. Send your specification to EGY-CRETE for an exact factory-direct quote.
It uses about a third more concrete and takes longer to press and cure, so it costs more per m². In return it carries vehicle loads, which is why driveways and compound roads use 80 mm and heavy roads use 100 mm.
EGY-CRETE quotes ex-factory or delivered to site, depending on what you ask for. Delivery is priced by distance and truck load. Installation is done by your contractor; the sales team can advise on bedding sand and edge restraints.
Usually yes, because there is no middleman margin, and you know exactly which factory and which grade you are getting. Large or repeat orders qualify for project pricing.
Area in m², shape, thickness, colour and finish, delivery location, and the date you need the material on site. If you have drawings or a BOQ, attach them. Quotes are usually returned within one working day.
Small residential orders are welcome; pallets are the practical minimum for delivery. Project pricing applies from larger quantities. Ask the sales team for the current thresholds.
